Office/Sales Administrator – Full Time

EasiPC are an Education IT Support company, looking after the technical systems at 120+ schools/academies across the UK. We are looking for an Office/Sales Administrator to join our team working from our headquarters on Moulton Park Northampton.  

The role will include: 

  • Processing sales orders and inputting data accurately. 
  • Using our CRM system to manage orders, give updates and answer queries by phone and email. 
  • Chasing purchase orders to speed up the sales process. 
  • Generating invoices and sending these to clients. 
  • Answering the phone for any sales queries. 
  • General support administration when required. 
  • Creating new and maintaining existing contracts with our customers. 


We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has experience in a Sales Admin or Order Processing role. 
  • Is enthusiastic and happy to work as part of a team. 
  • Knows their way around MS Office365
  • Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work. 
  • Is willing to learn new systems and processes.


Due to the nature of work, candidates who have come from an education or IT environment are desirable for this role. The successful candidate will join a team of exceptional people in a business with an outstanding reputation in quality of service. The position has excellent opportunities and is subject to the candidate passing an enhanced DBS and reference checks. 

Hours: 8:30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. 

Starting Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 per annum dependent on skills and suitability.
This is a full time position.
