EasiPC are an education based IT support company, looking for a Sales Administrator to join our organisation. The position is available during school term time only.
The role will include:
- Processing orders and inputting data accurately
- Using our CRM system to manage orders, give updates and answer queries by phone and email
- Chasing purchase orders to speed up the sales process
- Generating invoices and sending these to clients
- Answering the phone for any sales queries
- General support administration when required.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a Sales Admin or Order Processing role
- Is enthusiastic and happy to work as part of a team
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
Due to the nature of work, candidates who have come from an education or IT environment are desirable for this role.
Hours: 8:30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30-4pm on Friday’s, school term time only.
Salary: £14,000 – £16,000 per annum dependent on skills and suitability. Salary is worked out pro-rata to allow for the 12 weeks of school holiday a year and will be paid monthly.
