This service has switched over to remote working.
All technicians are working from home and can remote on to your systems to complete most problems.
Please continue to log tickets for your technician via the portal including your email and phone number for them to contact you. If your school / academy require an emergency visit, please email email@example.com for us to arrange a time.
This service is fully operational for Network and Classroom board installations, but special arrangements are needed for a site visit.
