Our bespoke technician support service can be tailored to meet your schools individual requirements and budgets. Visits can be from only a single visit per term to a whole day every week or more. We also have a new remote technician service called EasiRTS.
Using the EasiPC technician service allows our customers to enjoy the benefits and expertise of a fully trained ICT technician without the overheads of employing a full time member of staff.
We try to provide our schools with the same technician on every visit, helping to ensure familiarity and consistency with staff and technical setup. Each school has access to our online support portal system to log any issues.
EasiPC only work with schools and academies. We have intimate knowledge of all the specialist systems, software and services that are used in the education environment and understand the pressures teacher’s face.
All technicians hold a current enhanced DBS, receive regular safeguarding training and have completed all necessary pre-employment checks. Please see our Safe Guarding Policy for further details.
EasiPC understand things don’t always go to plan. We offer flexible use of your technicians time and if you require an additional support visit (for instance, before an Ofsted visit) we are more than happy to help.
Your technician is not a one person band. EasiPC have a large team of on staff support specialists that are able to assist with hardware faults, server installations, networking, broadband issues, cloud and web technologies.
EasiPC technicians are friendly and approachable, who aim to become part of your team. Schools have use of our online support portal to enable better reporting and tracking of issues. We also offer regular technical consultations, assistance with larger school roll-outs and sharing of knowledge from the wider support community.
Your support doesn’t stop the moment our technician leaves the school. We proactively monitor your admin and curriculum server; perform routine preventative maintenance of your network; monitor your backup checks to ensure integrity and security of your important data and audit your ICT equipment and licences.
1. PPT Technician Onsite Support
This is the traditional PPT service where you define the amount of visits you require for a technician to come to your School or Academy.
Most of our Schools / Academies currently use this service, and is more suited for medium to large schools.
2. Our new EasiRTS Support
EasiRTS stands for EasiPC Remote Technician Service, born from the COVID-19 Pandemic where schools and ourselves found we could fix most things remotely. This is a more flexable service for small to medium sized schools, and includes access to our helpdesk service.
